In recent times, the most important decorating method we have worked on for coffee cups and saucers is the 'sandblasting' technique. In the Seljuk Coffee Set, the motifs were also processed by sandblasting. This application is done entirely by hand. With this technique, porcelain and glass surfaces are abraded with sand. With this abrasion, the desired motifs are obtained on the surface. A 2-dimensional depth is formed on the sandblasted surfaces. This application has a much more 'classy' appearance than traditional flat (non-dimensional) pattern applications made on porcelain surfaces. Wonderful images are obtained by painting the motifs with various colors such as silver and copper, especially gold. It is also possible to engrave company logos on porcelain and glass surfaces with sandblasting. This application provides an advantage to companies in their corporate promotions. In this set, we applied gold, which is the most preferred color. For this reason, we named the set Gold. We have 2 other color applications as an alternative to gold. The importance of serving water with coffee is well known to everyone. Since coffee facilitates digestion after meals and is enjoyable, water is drunk before coffee to cleanse the mouth.
