Frankly, we are not the originators of this idea. Designing such a set had never crossed our minds, until a group coming from Russia challenged us to design it… The group's event organizer had considered gifting participants a traditional coffee set, a product synonymous with Turkish culture, during their Istanbul trip. But their budget wasn't enough for a two-person set. We redirected them to other products. However, they insisted on the coffee set. They asked if we could make a single-serving set to fit their budget. We said yes in principle, but technically it wasn't right.

In the end, we prepared a 'single-serving' set for a group of 300 people. For the usability of the set, in addition to the coffee cup, we prepared a copper ibrik, single-serving coffee, and a fabric-covered ring served under the saucer for a pleasant presentation. Thus, the person receiving the set would truly be able to make and drink coffee when they returned home.
